E-robot Competition
CNC coping is a process that uses a CNC machine to perform the entire steel coping process in just a few steps. Manufacturers can transmit all engineering data to CNC machines and prepare the beams in one procedure, which is an automated alternative for manual coping.
CUTS ALL SHAPES AND LAYOUTS MARKING ON ALL 4 SIDES. The V808 robotic profil processor is capable to process nearly every shape in profile widths of up to 1.250 mm (50") The Voortman, our latest coping machine, often handles profiles with widths of up to 1.250 mm (50") in production. There are many thermally possible cuts that the V808's robot is capable of processing: rat holes and seismic structural connections (like slottedweb and "dogbone" cuts), copes at either end of a product, blockouts, holes in all shapes and sizes, weld preparations, marking on each side, and blocks outs.
